Training:
Detailed documentations on the products and processes are handed out to each agent before the start of the training program. During training program every agent is comprehensively trained & made aware of the client's business process and expected deliverables. Detailed discussions are held within the group to identify different ways of enhancing client's business.
 

Evaluation:
Our objective is to enable our customers in moving up the risk-reward curve by providing them the benefits of outsourcing while effectively managing and minimizing risks.
